Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Web3 are rapidly evolving fields attracting considerable attention for their unlimited potential. As a leading decentralized platform specializing in Web3 services, Bounce Brand recognizes the power of AI technology and aims to bridge AI with Web3 through an innovative approach known as Decentralized Nodes for AI Agents (DNA). This integration provides our native token, $AUCTION, with enhanced yield-generating utilities and strengthens Bounce’s ecosystem with robust security. This article explains our DNA technology and its role in enhancing Bounce’s offerings.

Background: What are Decentralized Nodes For AI Agents?

The concept of Agent was initially introduced in Marvin Minsky’s book called Society of Mind, where Minsky constructs a model of human intelligence from the interactions of simple parts called agents. By conceptualizing the human mind as a collaborative network of agents, Minsky offered inspiration for the succeeding concept of Artificial Intelligence where an agent refers to a computing system that perceives its environment, takes actions autonomously to perform tasks for its users, and may improve its performance with learning or acquiring knowledge.

As AI technology evolves over time, the concept of AI agent has been implemented into many innovative and widely adopted AI products. Softwares like Microsoft’s Copilot utilize the intelligence of AI agents to boost human productivity and creativity in our daily life. The rise of AI agents has also led to the emergence of AI development tools like Langchain, Poe, GPTs, enabling users to efficiently build and customize their own AI agents to suit their specific needs.

Web3 has surfaced as a particularly promising sector within the realm of internet technology. Its core principle of decentralization, underpinned by blockchain technology, introduces unparalleled efficiency, security, and privacy to communication and transactional services. Particularly, blockchain nodes serve as the fundamental mechanism that enables any blockchain system to distribute data, facilitating decentralizing storage and verification across a variety of independent participants. Each blockchain node contributes to a particular network, like Bitcoin or Ethereum, by preserving public records of the blockchain’s transactions.

The potential for integrating AI with Web3 is expected to bring limitless possibilities. However, the current state of development tools and infrastructure falls short in adequately supporting AI agents in the Web3 environment, thereby hindering the convergence of these two innovative fields.

To facilitate the integration of AI and Web3, we propose a solution called Decentralized Nodes for AI Agents (DNA). DNA can operate on Web3 staking protocols and secure blockchain nodes through restaking, a primitive that enables the reuse of staked tokens on the consensus layer. Our DNA approach provides an optimized operational environment and infrastructure for AI agents, enabling developers to effectively connect any AI agent with Web3 platforms.

What do Decentralized Nodes For AI Agents provide?

  1. Runtime Provider:

The successful operation of AI agents within Web3 requires crucial support from multiple aspects, such as:

  • runtime resources like computing power and API fee;
  • data resources like data authorization fee;
  • runtime entity that can autonomously access, operate and take initiative within the Web3 space.

Our DNA solution aggregates a multitude of AI service providers into one infrastructure, employing independent entities to store runtime resources and protecting these by decentralized technology. This infrastructure allows AI agents to operate persistently, autonomously, and securely, enabling agents to proactively execute tasks. Through the runtime services we provide, developers can easily create AI agents that are high-performance, secure, and versatile AI on Web3 platforms, eliminating the necessity for manual management of intricate runtime resources.

2. Infrastructure Provider:

Developing AI agents on Web3 platforms requires the implementation of several foundational functionalities, such as:

  • Access authorization and end-to-end settlement processes (how fees are paid and allocated);
  • Governance structures (ensuring that agents promote democratic upgrades);
  • Token distribution (how agent tokens are launched);
  • Oracles (calling off-chain services like RAG from the on-chain environment).

Our DNA solution natively includes settlement middleware, governance systems, token launch capabilities, and AI Oracle infrastructure. Developers only need to focus on the implementation of the AI agent itself; all other foundational functions can be readily leveraged through the infrastructure services provided by our DNA. Our objective is to create the most secure and streamlined user experience for building AI Agents on Web3 platforms.

How does the DNA solution integrate with Bounce’s ecosystem?

With the integration of DNA, Bounce Brand aims to significantly improve our auction protocol’s capabilities and expand the utility of our native token, $AUCTION. Bounce users will be enabled to bridge AI agents to the Bounce dApp and enjoy more innovative use cases for $AUCTION.

A key feature of Bounce, and a primary utility of the $AUCTION token, involves its role in Initial DEX Offerings (IDOs) hosted on the Bounce Launchpad. A commonly used mechanism for IDOs on Bounce Launchpad is Bounce’s Staking Auction. During the Subscription Period of a token launch on Bounce, participants can engage through committing $AUCTION tokens. Each participant’s token allocation is calculated based on their committed amount of $AUCTION. Once the Subscription Period ends, we’ll deduct the corresponding $AUCTION from each participant’s account and return any extras. Users can then claim their earned token allocations and the remaining $AUCTION tokens if any.

DNA, when integrated with Bounce’s onchain Staking Auction protocol, boosts security and furnishes AI agents with an optimized runtime environment, thereby enhancing Staking Auction’s performance. Given $AUCTION’s role as the primary staking currency within Bounce’s Staking Auction, its utility and versatility will also be significantly upgraded through the DNA integration.

In general, integrating DNA technology into Bounce can augment these processes in several ways:

  • Enhanced Security and Efficiency: The decentralized infrastructure provided by DNA ensures a more secure and efficient environment for conducting IDOs, minimizing the risks associated with centralized points of failure and enhancing trust among participants.
  • Automated Governance and Settlements: DNA’s built-in governance structures and settlement middleware can automate many aspects of the IDO process, from token allocation to fund distribution, making the process smoother and more transparent for all parties involved.
  • Innovative Use Cases for $AUCTION: By enabling the connection of AI agents and Bounce’s onchain auction protocol, DNA opens up new avenues for using $AUCTION and potentially increases the demand for $AUCTION across a wider range of services.
